When Mr S Subhash Chandran, Managing Director, SubiAssociates, Proprietor, Subi Agri and poultry Farm, Proprietor Subi Academy, started POULTRY FARM in 2013 at Subramaniyaperi road, Radhapuram, he came to understand and realised the difficulties faced by the farmers in nearby villages which made him to start FCICT (FARMERS CLUB OF INDIA CHARITABLE TRUST) to support the farmers in agricultural sector and to make the farmers aware of their key role in the society.
One of the responsibilities of the trust is to create an awareness about agriculture in the future generation and to make the society aware that agriculture and national security are the lifeblood of mankind. Like-minded people should be found through open discussion and collective decision and they should be the investors for the group farming fund of the trust. By incentivizing marginal farmers to bring them back into the agricultural sector, protecting agriculture and farmers, and promoting our country's food production and market potential, the trust can become the guardian of the nation's food security.
To provide basic necessities such as Food, shelter and medical care for old age farmers
To sell the agricultural products such as vegetables, meat, fish, milk, egg etc. which were produced through group farming
To inculcate the knowledge of importance of agriculture, food security and food safety for the young generation parallel to National educational policy

India, being an agricultural country, FCICT aims at providing awareness to the society about the importance of farmers and to stand for the welfare of the farmers.
Even though an elephant is strong and intelligent, it's eyes are small and doesn't recognize itself, but a mirror in front of it helps to identify it's size.
Similarly, FCICT is like a mirror which helps to reflect the true strength of farmers.
FCICT is here to amalgamate the farmers for their well-being.
